What is a good Vegan Magazine to Subscribe to?

Contributed by macsforever2001

I am a Vegan who used to be vegetarian who used to be an unhealthy carnivore. I now subscribe to Vegetarian Times but I am getting sick of their pro-dairy slant. I've seen ads for Kraft and many recipes and articles that talk about eggs, milk, cheese, etc. I was wondering what is a good Vegan magazine to subscribe to instead?

Of course I meant I used to be an omnivore not a carnivore.

I used to subscibe to Vegetarian Times as well, but I got sick of seeing ads for breast enlargement, cheese (which is probably not even vegetarian), ads depicting fishing, and finally an article showing an editor holding Jr. Mints which DEFINITELY aren't vegetarian. While I can't think of any magazine to replace it in terms of the recipies, I love the Animal's Agenda for its AR stuff. It focuses a lot on whats going on in the movement, attitudes in the media towards animals, and has intelligent, humorous articles. I love the site vegweb.com for recipies. I know there are vegan magazines online, but I don't know of any others in print.
